Hi All,

I recently ordered a King Palm and Traveller's Palm for my landscape. I know that King Palms do not really like our climate or soil, but I am hard headed and will try to keep it alive anyways. I don't really know much about Traveller's Palms except that they are in the banana family, so I am hoping that keeping it out of direct sunlight will do the trick. Anybody have experience with these trees in Phoenix? I am in North Phoenix and hoping to place these trees on the Northside of my property (not much direct sun in the summer, but a decently lit area nonetheless). Any advice on planting, feeding, etc. would be greatly appreciated.
