It looks okay to me. My first thought is that perhaps you are overwatering it. Maybe you can find out where it is found growing in its native habitat and that can help you decide when to water more (rainy season where it comes from) and when to water less (drought season, during which time plants are genetically used to not getting much water). Also, how it grows: out in the open in full sun, maybe in the desert (for example, xerographica), hiding under tree branches in humid shade (Spanish moss), or some combination. In the meantime, I suggest cutting back on watering. if that seems dangerous, just dip it in water every 2-3 days and make sure it dries within, say, an hour or two. I was under the impression that tips turning brown is a sign of too much light. Air plants love bright light but not direct light.

You may be overwatering it as it does not seem parched.

Keeping things humid may be what you need though.
