I very much wish to use the Aubrey pull from RH in my new kitchen. However, I have heard of the following issues and am wondering if anyone has experience with Aubrey and can comment on the following:

1. I have heard that the screws will be brass, regardless of finish selected (I want polished chrome or nickel). Is this true? Because the screw heads are exposed this is a concern. If you used a substitute screw, did you find one that matched? For example, a standard non-polished wood screw with the polished chrome - did it look ok?

2. I have heard the screws break off in the drawer. Have others had this problem?

I am especially concerned since Aubrey requires 4 holes. If I drill the holes and then have problems it will be really tough to find a substitute handle that requires the same mounting pattern.
