Michelle, what you see in the image is pretty typical of the way the sofa looks. When I wash my covers I leave them just a touch damp and basically brush and gently tug the wrinkles out. They dry overnight and I've never felt the need to iron them. The denim can get a little stretched out the way a pair of jeans might, but washing and drying them will get you back to their original look. I also have a set of the brushed canvas ones and they wear nicely as well. (Though I only used those for about 6 months.) If you're considering going with PB's version of the sofa I'd like to offer you a couple tips. If there is a store in your area ask if they offer a discount if you order in the store instead of online. I recently got a 15% discount on a chair just for asking. Also, let the store manager know that you're interested in a set of whichever covers you don't buy and see if they will sell you the floor model covers when they switch them out. That's how I got my white denim ones-and the best part was that they were only $60 for the whole set. The stores most likely switch the white covers out when the fall merchandise arrives.
