Hypothetically, yes, if you had a contractor with the right know-how, it's possible, but we strongly recommend against it. The 72-inch version of this vanity is built specifically to accommodate two sinks on either side, not one in the center. The top drawer in the center would interfere with your sink placement. If you don't mind going a size down, we do offer the 60-inch version of this vanity in a single sink setup. In the 60-inch, the top center drawer is not actually functional, it's just a facade. On the 72-inch, this is not the case. We have included a link below to the 60-inch version in case you'd like to take a closer look.
