Trees for Christmas

Finally found a place that I can get an Ivans Beauty Mountain Ash from Well my daughter did as she knew I always wanted one. Getting it in the spring. And also a Frostbite Apple tree. Sounds perfect for what I want. Both will be shipped out at budding time bare root from Ontario.. So something to look forward to .

What a lovely Christmas gift!

LOL we didn't really do gifts this year, they were moreso purchases we've been wanting for some time: giant pumpkin seeds from east coast, and light ballasts and fluorescent light tubes. Got some more flower and vegetable seeds from Stokes as well. I'm looking forward to a good gardening year. This winter has been much colder than the last.

Nice gifts, I will have to look that Mountain ash up, never heard of it. The Frostbite apple is supposed to be really good

I got a wonderful spade, and a pruning tool. When you like to garden you get as excited over a pair of good shears as you do earrings. LOL
