Hello,

This item is a 2 piece item. On arrival the item hutch (top) requires to be set on top of the item base. The item glass shelves will have to be adjusted into place. The door knobs are placed inside of the unit for shipping purposes, they will need to be placed on the outside of the unit. We ship items with skid plates that can be removed with a screwdriver or drill. I hope this helps!
