Tiny white bugs spinning webs? Sounds like spider mites.

Get a spray bottle and put in 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil and two tablespoons of dish soap. Fill with water and spray the whole plant till the water is dripping off of the leafs.

The vegetable oil helps the dish liquid stick to the leafs and suffocate the bugs and there eggs. Also you should take the plant into your tub under warm water and spray off every part of your plants. Then use the spray every 2-3 days till gone. Hope this helps

Insecticidal soap is the best solution imo. You can buy it at most big box garden centers, Walmart, homedepot, etc.... Or as Roy says, make your own.

Just make sure that you use it every couple days and continue to use it for about a week after you seed the last of the aphids. It does not kill the larvae in the soil and if you cease using it, they will emerge and reinfect your plants unless you are continuing to treat.

You can also use the chemical insecticides, and they are probably a little easier, but it looks like you have the plant indoors, and I would hesitate to use chemicals in the house. The insecticidal soap is 100% natural. You could take sip of it and it wouldn't hurt you. But it is deadly to aphids and other soft bodied bugs.

Oh, there is another completely natural solution and that is to introduce lady bugs. They love eating aphids and do a great job of controlling them. However, then you will have lady bugs in the house as well. They are available for purchase on line.
