You could buy the cotton/poly sheets, and use them as a pattern for custom linen sheets.

I have never heard of a problem with linens on a murphy bed only the pillows need a home when the bed is up. BTW if this is a guest bed I never make up my guest bed ahead of time as I like the linens ironed and fresh smelling not sitting on the bed for weeks or months between guests

Actually, we tend to use it for my husband or me, for times when one of us is sick and coughing, so the other will go use the Murphy bed for the night. Sometimes when you're sick you just want the bed to yourself, or the other person needs to get some sleep. So that's why we want to keep linens on it, rather than having to make it up in the middle of the night. But these are all good suggestions.
