My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Patio sealer

Hi there,

Could you tell me what kind of stain/sealer you used for the patio? We did something similar but the warm color washed off with the first rain. Any recommendations?

    Hi Svetla I believe my contractor used Messmers. It does fade quite a bit the first year so I recommend another coat in Spring. Then you can refresh the coat every 2-3 years.
