Hoping we finally, diy, the kitchen. U-shaped with a double peninsula, build in the convertible dishwasher and add slide out garbage. Good thing I have a talented husband who can do all of it, including the electrical. Really really need the counter and storage space.

I can't pick one as we are/and will probably do a little of each of the above. We are landscaping presently- side of house outside the compound- it is being lined with palm trees. We are planning to change roof of small butler type kitchen area, thus will need a paint job also. I always have DIY self projects going on, nothing major.

We're doing a combination of things. This past summer we laid hardwood through the main level and stairs; this spring we hope to finish the 2nd floor as well. I'd like to completely refurnish the living room and repaint most of the main level. If budget & time permit, maybe repaint the kids' bath & bedrooms.
