Looks like Cuphea hyssopifolia. There's also a white form.

Aka Mexican heather. A tender shrubby perennial usually sold as a summer annual. Not often grown as a houseplant.

Depending on your climate they will grow and flower all year. But they also self seed and will spread to wherever seeds might be washed to by rain.
