My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

How were the washer's water lines and drain hidden? My plumber is telling me it has to be above the washer?

    It is a fake washer and dryer--they are just for show.

    Just kidding...this was pretty much a new build so they were able to set it up for this situation. Maybe you have a different situation?

    That's funny cause when I tell my contractor how all the pictures I see that don't show the hook ups he tell me it's probably fake.

    Our situation is actually a new build so if you can elaborate any further on that would be great.

    I actually don't know for sure how they did it. My guess is anything they had to put above they hid behind the cabinetry. Next time a contractor comes by I'll ask him to get a clear answer.
