trichopilia suavis (beginner's luck)

Just one bloom on this trichopilia suavis. I've read that cool nighttime temperatures will trigger spiking and I think that's what happened in this case. It has gotten cold enough outside that when I turn the heat down at night the temperature inside drops at least ten degrees. Has a nice scent that smells to me about 75% hyacinth, 25% daffodil.
