Tub tile surround options

I'm remodeling an investment condo. I'd like to have tile surround for the guest bath with a tub.

Are there panels (instead of individual tiles) to surround on the walls? Want it to look nice but easy installation and minimal to no grout

Maybe something for the master w shower as well?

I wouldn't go any larger than a 16x16 or 12x24 tile for a tub shower. If you choose a rectified tile you can get 1/16" - 1/32" grout joints. You'll want porcelain tile not ceramic.
