I don't know if it's normal or not but 3 of the older bulbs have died in the past few months.

It looks pretty good, personally I would have left the spikes and enjoyed the blooms :)

I would say that getting smaller leaves indicates a slight problem. Orchids will loose older p-bulbs so losing 3 p-bulbs over a few months may or may not indicate an issue.

For me, Bulbos seem to like a less course mix (fine roots fine mix, large roots large mix) and enjoy having their feet wet. If it were mine, I'd either sit it in a saucer with water and change the water regularly or repot in a finer mix (paph or phrag type) and water a little more often.

Thanks! The one thing I should mention is that I forgot to water it for a little over a week, Maybe that's the reason why it made the smaller leaves?

But I'm taking really good care of it now so hopefully this new leaf is healthy! Ok I may repot it as well, but when is the best time to repot them?

As with most orchids, repot when new growth and new roots appear.

You could try sitting it in a saucer of water until then, plus you may find it won't need to be repotted after using the saucer method. If you go this route, change the water when it starts to get 'yucky' , @ 2x a week for me.
