You need to take it out from under the LED, and photograph it that way. The LED cancels out some colors. In order to make any guesses as to what could be wrong, we need to be able to see the plant :)

Looks like iron or magnesium deficiency. High pH of your tap water can cause lockout of those nutrients of its over 7on the pH scale.

Agree with Jimmy. You just treated with epsom salt, so hold off on that for a week or two and see if leaves start to green up again. Make sure your fertilizer contains iron, as well.

Not much, but not getting worse also. I will fertilize it tomorrow and see if it will improve.
