Sansevieria help!

I really need help figuring out what might be wrong or if I can save this plant.

Friday, I inherited this plant from my grandmother who passed away after Thanksgiving. My Aunt was taking car of it since the beginning of December. I don't think she has ever had succulents before, and all my grandmother's plant were dead outside. She had this sitting outside, and the temperatures over the last few weeks have fluctuationed from below freezing to 70s. When I picked it up, the plant looked pretty much the same. I thought it would improve after sitting under the grown light with my other succulents, but the outer layer of skin on the big leaf has turned papery with thin bubbles and the inside feels hard. None of the leaves will stand up on their own. I watered it a bit tonight, maybe a half cup of water. After reading some other posts, I stuck my finger in the soil and its moist on top inch, then pretty dry on bottom. The plant is in about 3 inches of soil. I really hope I can save it. Please help!
