I bought a$950 multi-wavelength LED grow-light from HTG Supply, and one set of diodes burned out (or in any event, stopped working) within the warranty period. I called them, they sent a replacement and I paid for the return of the defective one. 6 months later the second one developed the same problem. Called again, they suggested a different light: not tunable, but double the light output and almost as much $$. Also gave store credit for the difference, and paid for the return on the second light. All in all, a very good place, and I'd recommend them for inside grow-lights etc.
