My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    It looks like you applied a top coat to the concrete floor. Is it just a semigloss sealant or did you select an epoxy top coat or do you prefer polyurethane?

    Oh, what a beautiful concrete floor that was made for that home. Did you by chance polished it and how did you do polish it? These questions came to my mind because maybe it's something that I could probably do for my concrete floor of the basement. http://www.atlaspolishing.com/polished-concrete
