My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    Hi - it's neither it is soapstone. One of my favorite kitchen counter materials because its uber durable and super easy to care for! It's got a silky feel when you touch it, and it's best quality is that it absorbs oils and liquids due to the it's natural talc content. This is dark because I have put mineral oil on it 2x/month for years to get the dark color. Otherwise it is a much lighter, chalkier color.

    Sorry correction to this - it appeared with one of the other kitchen photos in the gallery! This is obviously not soapstone!! It's Calcutta Gold marble.
