Potential to expand dining seating space.

Can you kindly describe the strength and direction of the light cast by this chandelier, if suspended 4 feet above the table? I'm attempting to center this chandelier above a 4-chair, round dining table, that can be expanded to 12 settings with 4 leaves for larger gatherings. I'm attempting to decide if I need two of these chandeliers, or if I can supplement with candles. Thank you.

    The glass shades are solid on the bottom and sit on the metal brace. The light shines upward so there is no down light direction. The amber glass shade will subdue the brightness a bit. It is fully dimmable - each bulb 60 W. At full strength 8 bulbs will give off substantial light...albeit shining upward.
