My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    It is! This is 7" Hudson Valley Oak. It's a high end vinyl floor planking that snaps and interlocks together. The planks have a thin insulating cork layer that adds softness and warmth. They're one of our favorite flooring choices for basements because they're very durable, warm, water resistant, and attractive.

    We have 7 boxes (267 sq. ft.) overrun in our storage if you're interested.
