Since most of the room is neutral, the window treatment would be a nice place to add some color and pattern. I'd do a Roman shade in a pretty pattern in whatever color you like. Blues and greens look good in bathrooms, but you could also use pink, orange, yellow or purple. Then add towels in the same color.
