Termites and need a new house

1. I need to have a "park" around and in front of it.
2. I need to protect it from the elements.
3. I have a small undeveloped area on the left with a sheet roof (brown) where I can construct a small room.
4. There are termites all over the place.
5. I have only a small budget for this project, so I was thinking of using bamboo.
