solar gycol and bray oil

We just had our system changed over from part glycol and bray oil. I have no idea how it had both but the solar company told us it would cost them $300 to get rid of it and it would be free for us. The problem is they claim it is part glycol and part bray oil, it is separated like oil and water but in the same containers - I have never heard of a company not taking it. Does anyone know where I might be able to take to safely get rid of it?
