My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Dioscorea batatas variegata, Variegated Cinnamon Vine. Trade or Postag

I put together some packets of 10 tiny "taters" for a recent swap and have 3 left over. This is not the invasive Dioscorea bulbifera. Rick Rickman sent me these in a swap a few years ago and it is now a favorite plant.

It needs prolonged warm temperatures to initiate growth, so start inside or in a greenhouse, or hold until warm weather to plant. Even indoors, may take a month to sprout.

I will trade for seeds of Araujia sericifera (Cruel Plant), Pavonia praemorsa, or others. I've grown both from seed before and would like to again. Or perhaps another Pavonia, tropical vine or interesting Malvaceae member.
