My Meyer lemon tree is going through a stage of leaf cupping on new growth (not citrus miner), some yellow leaf discoloration (on older leaves) and wilt on new growth.

We went through a long period of heavy rain and I watered it once a week for the following 3 weeks after the rain. I think it has been overwatered.

It's been 9 days since the last time I watered it. I pulled it out of the pot to check the roots which are fine and the soil was on the dry side of moist. I watered it with seasol and gave it a foliage feed of citrus food.

Question is:

When will it fully recover?

Should I do anything else to it?

When will it flower again?
