I have a 75 Sq. ft laundry room opens to the garage doors..with closet. I'm so confused whether to get stackable washer dryer or side by side with small sink . Maximum space is 86" and machines will take up about 54". I want to put a quartz counter top all along over the machines and sink. and would also like a small broom closet . also if I get top loading machine I can do counter top only on dryer and sink. my front loading washer flooded my floor and basement last week so a little hesitant to buy front loading machine. Any suggestions/ advice? p.s Currently sink is between washer and dryer.
