It's very cool, but I do wonder if they don't have the one in Huntingflower's link rather than an antique. It's not very antique-y, really, especially with that drawer in the stand. The over shelf also isn't very typical of sinks during the period when they had exposed metal legs, more typical of unplumbed washstands. But it fits beautifully in the room, except for covering up the bottom white molding around the medicine cabinets.

Excellent detective work, Huntingflower!

I think the one in the picture was fabricated - maybe out of marble. Its got under mounted sinks.

Great help!

I'm trying to stick to 18th C. Georgian style as much as possible. But chamber pots and commode stools are out . Moving on up to the 19th C. (with 21st C. innards) for those aspects!

Even if they're not, that presents other possibilities.

See another candidate dual sink below.

I could be happy with either Worthy. If you find a spare, send it my way. I'll pay the shipping (but not the cost of the sink.)

Found a similar Catchpole & Rye model from the UK. But, alas, US$7,022, incl. VAT.

Yeah, the european sinks are lovely. I tried to find one for my house, but the cost was prohibitive at best. Have you tried a local marble yard? Sometimes having it fabricated to exactly what you want is easier. Put a couple undercounts and add the taps, and it could look a lot like your first pic.

My thought exactly!

But I've just discovered a host of down-market alternatives--console lavatories, such as this extensive selection from Signature. Still, those exquisite tapers and bends are so tempting. Once you've been seen with a supermodel, hard to go back to Plain Jane. (As if I have to worry about that!)

Or you could buy the stand one leg at a time.
