But you can call Houzz at 800-368-4268 or email them at orders@houzz.com and they can help you as soon as possible. We are the manufacturer of BOON and Serenta Products, and even though on our end it looks like your order did go through I can not identify you positively without more information.

Thank you, the order did go through and I received the bedding yesterday. I never did receive an email confirmation. Im very happy with the product, but I would appreciate a confirmation on any future orders. Thanks again!

You would need to contact Houzz directly to find out why you are not receiving confirmation, I know you said you had a little trouble getting a hold of them so I hope in the future you will be able to rectify any issues you may have with their ordering process.
