My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    The patio cover is constructed with square tube steel posts, beams and runners. The steel is sand blasted, metalized then painted with a epoxy paint. We insert low voltage LED light fixtures into the runners.

    These are the PO light fixtures by FX Luminaire, with the round cover plate painted to match the steel pergola. . They are recessed into the tube steel runners so that they sit flush and fully recessed. Here is a link to the FXL site.
