My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    Base house is 39' wide x 40' deep. Front porch is 8'6" extension out front. There is also a small mudroom off back area that is 8'4 out from house and goes along the back terrace area. 1,628 main floor and about same on upper floor less the staircase going up. Hope that helps.
