Report back if you find anything. I've been through two kitchen remodels with the same fridge because I haven't found anything I like well enough to replace it with.

A couple of months ago, I helped a friend who wanted something similar to what you want. It is the large capacity and counter-depth that I think kills the deal in the present market for a conventional bottom freezer (CBF) fridges.

Here is what I recall finding. Fisher & Paykel/DCS has some counterdepth CBF models with through-the door ice and water dispensers but the capacities are 20 cu ft and less. If you could work with internal ice and water dispensers, LG makes 24 cu. ft. capacity CBF fridges that are 33" wide but they are full depth not counterdepth. IRC, Subzero had some counterdepth built-in models with internal ice and water dispensers, but the capacities were no greater than 20 cu. ft. and the cost was $$$$.

I have an LG bottom freezer with single top door in my utility room and really like it. It is not counter depth, but it is on the more shallow side and had to be -- my utility room is pretty narrow. I looked it up (Lowe's and Home Depor both have it -- we got ours at Best Buy) and the 24 cu ft version is a couple of inches deeper than our 22 cu ft,

Not a direct answer to your question, but some of the folk on the kitchen forum have recessed their standard depth fridge into the wall to achieve more of a counter depth look. Is that something you could consider?

Sherri1058, that's a great idea, but not really an option for us. As I've been trying to rank priorities, I think the counter depth aspect will have to get nixed.
