Several are so nice I always plant them. Always have to buy 'Heavenly Blue'. It does not form seed, for me. Have saved seed from 'knowlian's Black' (not really black) and hope seed comes true. Have not tried the expensive Japanese sorts, but would like to. Ipomea hirsuta has small, true blue flowers, and I never have to save seed, as it is an obnoxious pest. I rip it out, knowing I will always have a little more than I want.

Bogturtle, do you plant your HB's soon enough? That can sometimes be the problem with them not forming seeds. dbarron, Im sorry, they can be a problem, but the only one I had trouble with was the little blue wild one with the beautiful leaf. Even the red "Noah" dosen't seem to reseed like it does. However, I love them all.

I just planted Heavenly Blue, plus some mixed colors, and some mixed Hige I got on Ebay.

I plant moonflower with my morning glories. That way I have flowers that bloom in the morning and evening.
