My husband and I are remodeling our home we just purchased. This tall, brick fireplace faces into the living room and wraps around into the dining room. We are debating whether or not to keep the brick as is or to cover with some type of stone or tile. We would love someone else's opinion -- keep or cover? (Ignore the red paint, will be changed to an off-white color.). Thank you in advance.
