Might want to contact Greenfield Nursery in Phoenix, I believe they grow all their trees on Seville Sour Orange and might be able to sell you a seedling or even seeds.

Thanks! I found out that Mesquite Valley Growers here in Tucson has begun growing their own in response to requests from folks that are from the Near East and the Yucatan area. Not cheap, but nice looking trees.
