My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    The walls are Benjamin Moore Revere Pewter (HC-172)
    The ceiling is Benjamin Moore Hushed Hue (1520)
    The doors and trim are Benjamin Moore Dune White (968)

    How many feet are between the back of the sofa and the seating at kitchen counter?

    It looks spacious!. I have a similar layout being constructed now. I'm concerned that the dining area

    and the seating area around the fireplace and tv will be too 'tight'. I don't want it to look crowded or like a "furniture warehouse!"

    This room looks quite beautiful!!
