Photos would be helpful, but a few questions. Does the pot have good drainage, as in large or many drainage holes? What is the soil like, fast draining and a lot of organic matter? What's the light like where it sits? What temperatures is it in?

If the growths were small then it shouldn't be any great problem. But it is a definite negative.

when I took it out, the bottom of the pot had condensation (water droplets) on it and there was a little mold.

the soil I believe is wood chips and some organic soil and the pot has many drainage holes ^_^

the temperature stays around 24 degrees throughout the day and the light is relatively medium. Like recently here in Toronto there has been cloud cover so I put it next to the window. It's near an east facing window. It stays relatively bright.

I stopped watering recently so the soil can dry up a bit. Should I cut the spotted leaf? Idk

From that photo it looks like there's a lot of mineral salts build up on the soil. That happens if the soil stays wet and there's more evaporation from the surface and not much water exiting the bottom of the pot flushing out excess salts. That also stagnates the soil and you can end up with root rot.

Excess salts staying in the soil also show up as problems with leaves. Some town waters can exacerbate the problems when they have high mineral content and/or high chemical inputs. 24C is a good temperature but when it's near the window make sure it doesn't lean against the glass.

As far as removing the spotted leaf goes, it'll probably make you feel better but it won't do anything for the plant. In fact the green still in the leaf will be making food for the plant so it's a benefit to it.
