The pencil version looks chubbier? And the windows don't look quite the same. Maybe just need to resize them a bit?

The window sizing is not the same. It may be that standard windows were used.

Also, your architect drew it with three different window sizes. The rendering has two. The bottom windows on your design are square. In the rendering the 2nd floor windows match the basement windows. I think this is adding to the illusion that your design is "chubby." Those bottom rectangles elongate the design. If the basement windows are squares for a reason I think that's ok, but matching 2nd floor would be preferred. But you have to fix the window over the door.

Sorry, last comment. In the rendering, the window is in fact square but they've added decorative elements to make it appear the same as the 2nd floor windows. Your architect used a square window and didn't include that decorative element.

No it is not the same the window sizes in your drawing are much more pleasing to me

I also like the windows divided into 6 panes better than those divided into 8, but that might be in the drawing and not in the reality -- worth checking.

The new drawing is genuinely wider (different window style on the right, and more space between window and outside wall on the left). Not a huge difference, but real, and combined with all the window hijinks...

Your mock-up was made with what looks like windows that don't open, while the new drawing uses double casements with a divider in between. I like casements for functionality, but see whether you can get a better approximation of the right shape/aspect ratios if you go with either a single casement (no divider) or a window that slides up and down.

The drawing looks a little more proportional. The bottom windows are smaller to let the upper levels stand alone. The middle windows are taller to show more grandness on that floor. and the upper windows a slightly smaller in the drawing to balance and accentuate the middle windows. That's just my opinion.
