Where is curb? Not understanding question.

I am guessing you want a new front porch and not just steps? Here are a few you may (or may not) get inspiration from....

Sorry, if I was not clear. I want the steps to face front. See how the railing is there? Is such a boring front.

I love the arbor porch that "Stamps Design Services" posted. I think that would look great on your bungalow (with side or front steps)! And it doesn't even look like it would be all that crazy cost wise.

I like the white railing to the side as it already is. I think the side facing stairs are a good contrast to the other stairs that are front facing. I especially like the railing white. I'd paint the other fencing-railing white, too. Consider painting the main front door black, then a small black wicker chiar to the left for that door with a red cushion. Instead of spending $$ for new stairs, I'd call in a professional landscaper and have them improve the foundation landscaping.

I Like the idea of a porch arbor with a paver patio and steps. I recommend finding a highly skilled Landscape designer who could sketch up a few ideas for you. A design runs from $300- 500
