Looks like you're in - it can be as informal as you like here. You'll see some folks just post their wishlists and haves, some have linked trade lists (in Houzz from the web click Edit Profile, fill in the info you may want to share, then click Advanced Settings and make sure you have Privacy Who Can Message Me set to Anyone Can Message me. It's also a good idea to add your gardening zone and state where it says Climate Zone. Most folks find it easier to create their Have and Want Trade lists in a different program and copy and paste it into the Gardenweb Trading List box on the same Advanced Setting Page.Then at the top of the page click Done Editing. If you want more help in addition to just posting here - there's an Adopt a Newbie thread to check out (people send free seeds - most of us can get quite a few seed packets++ into a padded envelope for about $2.50 and on that thread you send your adopter postage for the seed gift). There's also a Feb Newbie Seed Packet and Val asks for $7 for her packets. Since you're new, some folks may ask that you mail your seed first in a trade.

Just finished looking at your garden photos from last year and am blown away! Wowie! I don't have anything on your wish list either, but I do have some weird tomatoes and it looks like you've had good luck with zinnias. I have many types of those.

Woops, I thought I replied, but I guess not.

For tomatoes (most are limited amounts, but are commercial so they're sure to have very high rates of germination), I have Tappy's Heritage, many Black Vernissage, Gold King of Siberia, Martino Roma, Black Krim, Emerald Apple, many Pink Brandywine, many Nebraska Wedding.

For interesting zinnias, I have Candy Mix, Zinderella Lilac and Zinderella Peach (waiting on both because they are backordered), and Giant Dahlia Mix.

I'm looking for weird zinnias and any zinnia seeds (don't have to be unusual) that were home grown.

Oh, I have various marigolds, too. Great tomato buddies. Also, welcome to the group!

They sound wonderful... if you could part with some I would love to receive.. I harvested my zinnias just the other day.. do you think they will grow? I could try sprouting some before we make a trade just to make sure they will sprout... I'll let you know. Thanks so much! Laura
