THE vanilla and moringa were both bought

Ok, bought from a seed store I assume? But that doesn't tell us how you are germinating them, or trying to. Soil-less mix or baggie method, heat pad, temperature, time since seeding, light exposure, depth planted, covered or not and how, moisture controls used, etc. etc. Any one of those factors can prevent germination. You have to provide details.

Does your vanilla have the latin name on the seed pack, there are vanilla leaf plants Achlys triphylla, and vanilla bean plants Vanilla planifolia - which do you have?

Were these seeds from ebay, by any chance?

We need a lot more information about the seeds, the source and your methods before any meaningful advice can be offered.

sieve bean (vanilla ) yes I bought them from e bay ,and I first used potting soil then I used ,I think their called pods and nothing.

I had never heard of Sieve Bean so I Googled it. Appears to be an actual bean, - nothing to do with true Vanilla at all, which is an orchid. Is this what you bought?The back of the package says it is Phaseolus lunatus (Lima Bean) but the picture on the front is not that species. The picture actually looks more like a Melilotus or some similar Fabaceae.

I am afraid that like many ebay buyers you have been unscrupulously scammed.

Yeah if you want viable seeds that are really what they are supposed to be then buy them from one of the many legit seed stores online. eBay isn't one, sorry.

As for seed starting, for any seed, there are a number of requirements that must be met for even minimal success. You don't use potting soil for one and using the peat pellets cuts your odds of success by half. Check out all the FAQs on this forum about how to grow things from seed for future help..
