My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Stucco Samples

Should it be expected for a contractor to provide sample colors of stucco on the house? Our contractor made us feel like we should base our decision on the color chips provided by the company. Is it pretty easy for him to get color samples if we wanted to compare 3-4 patches?
