What is wrong with my indoor Clivia?

What is happening with my Clivia? This has happened once before on a different leaf, but same plant. It is seemingly bent & limp in that one area, and is also "scabbing". The photo of the leaf cut is where it happened before.

I live in CT, it's in the corner next to a south facing window. I don't water it too often, maybe once ever 3-4 weeks because I wait until it looks sad.

Someone gave me the advice to ignore it for the winter, so I've ignored another potted clivia and it's doing fine.

You can change it now. Look like your pot bound but not bloom? Try to put it I a dark closet for a month then bring out to shade, it will blooms. That how force mine to blooms. Good luck!

That one plant in the cluster had rot. It's been raining A LOT here. Time to repot. Any suggestions on the right medium for Clivia?

very little soil, and a fast draining (gritty) mix like lava rock, pumice, or cherrystone with some - believe it or not - floor dry (yes, the kind to suck up oil spills) NAPA part no. 8822.
