Older leaves will yellow as they age and can be removed at any time. Go easy on watering indoors. If it is under watered you will see wilt but if it is over watered it will wilt but from root rot which will lead to death. Another problem I've seen with maculata is mildew attack on the polka dots and green stems. If you keep it warm and somewhat on the dry side then mildew shouldn't be a problem as they like it cool and damp to "bloom".
