Nepenthes stem rot?

This is my first time raising Nepenthes. Species appears to be some sort of Miranda hybrid.

after slow growth transplanting from lowes home improvement, the plant quickly doubled in size, he's potted in a gritty mix of orchid bark, sphagnum moss, perlite and potting soil. For winter I put him in my bathroom and after getting my humidity straight, started growing a leaf almost every 2/3 days.

some other plants in the very cramped space were attacked by fungus gnats and after I almost eliminated them; the growth of this plant had slowed. (Lack of food?)

simultaneously all of my Aroid plants and Pothos vines were attacked by a fungus that rotted individual leaves.

Durint this time I pruned 2 Nepenthes leaves that were crowded and Yellowing which left a black scar

The plant looks healthy but because my humidity is so constant I fear the top of the plant may be struggling to receive circulation. The pitchers on nodes 4 and 2 are developing while the 3rd node down aborted and the tendril turned black.

Is the brown tissue a characteristic leaf scar, or is it a threat to the main stem meaning I should repot as a cutting immediately?

pitchers are dripping with nectar and the plant put out a basal shoot.

Is that a sucker of contentment or desperation?

Wide angle. light source is 4 1,450 lumen fluorescents approx 1 foot away horizontally

Leaves aren't allowed to get wet usually, trying to rule out soil hydrophobia so watered aggressively tonight

Detail. Leaf dieback seems localized to one side of the plant. Necrotic tissue on Small pitcher has been there since I purchased it and has not changed. This shoot popped out of the soil about 1 week ago.
