Hyn, like always your plants are very nice. But I think Rob's Shadow Magic is in big pot and sits too low in there. Just my opinion.

I'm not worried about it. I transfer all of my leaf babies into 3 oz solo cups from the flats if they weren't already started in 3 oz cups to begin with. I'm not new at this, going on 40 years+ growing AV babies. This one is about do for a repotting but it'll go in the same size, if a little higher. Old soil settled and the crown is above it. I don't bother starting my babies in teeny-tiny medicine cups.

Eventually it'll get plenty large enough for the cup. Here is the mother plant that has given me around 100 babies from her in the past few years in the same size cup. I have about 3,000 plants in my studio atm.

A sample shot of my repotting bench. The babies have no trouble at all in the 3 oz solo cups and grow very fast. The larger ones will be ready to sell in a few weeks and the smaller ones perhaps in April or May. Alcohol on the side to dip my tools into to keep them sterile. I have more than 70 flats on my plant stands in here at the moment so they keep me busy.

Oops! Even after cutting her up into 3 pieces I think the leaf of Feather doubled in size since planting! She is due to be cut in half again. What do you think? Haha! She has been making a lot of beautiful pink variegated babies for me. Good mama leaf! The full sized plants are going to be huge monsters but such beautiful flowers. The blue acrylic paint btw is my color coding to match the tags in the event the flat got dropped or knocked around before potting up. This one will be bagged while the babies grow on domed.

Who needs flowers?!
