It's Epipremnum aureum. Can't get right up to the top. Fronds fall breaking off bits of the vine that attach themselves.

Pretty amazing that Epipremnum aureum came from such a tiny island and now is everywhere (outdoors or in).

Yes, it really caught on. In wet tropical areas they go rampant through the forests. In tropics with a significant dry season they're usually pulled up when it becomes very dry. But they're still pretty resilient.
