If it were mine: Using a sterile knife/razor blade, I'd cut the brown portion of the leaves off 1/2" below the brown. Sprinkle some cinnamon on the cut and wait and see. The second plant is actually a new growth from the original plant, it looks pretty healthy at this point.

It's hard to tell if it is fertilizer burn (I doubt it), tell us about your care regiment for the last month.

It's been kept indoors, I water it every other day, it gets bright indirect eastern light. I got it a month ago and I personally haven't fertilized it. The tag says it's two varieties.

Please show a picture of the potting mix....

Likely it needs to be repotted. Nature of paphs.

I just repotted in spagh and cut the brown tip and applied cinnamon. I think I'll wait a day to water, to make sure the roots dry out. They were sort of slimy almost in the bark. Thanks for all your help

Spag might hold too much water, depending on the environment you are in...
